(J-CDS), a leading provider of Concurrent Design engineering services and applications in Europe. The addition of J-CDS will complement RHEA engineering technological strategic direction bringing together two organisations with a common vision of a modern and efficient service-oriented system design architecture capability. The acquisition of J-CDS further enhances the value of RHEA global service offering to its client base.
