RHEA has been designing and assisting in the building of various ground segment facilities for a number of space agencies and operators. Our ground segment engineering services cover two distinct areas: the supply of ground segment engineers to specify requirements, and engineers to design, develop, accept, manage and maintain ground seg
ments including:
- Spacecraft control systems
- Spacecraft mission planning and scheduling systems
- Data payload processing centres
- Scientific products derived from instrument measurements
- Ground stations including RF processing, antenna and local monitoring and control
- Payload Data Ground segments for all ESA Earth Observation satellites
- Analysing future requirements for mission planning
- Archiving systems
Custom configurations of our MOIS product offering allow MOIS to be used with special and/or custom-built spacecraft control or EGSE systems, as for example:
- Exporting/translating test procedures to operations languages
- Importing third-party procedures
- Importing operations and AIT databases
