MOIS Publisher
Publisher is a MOIS tool that produces and prints documents of procedure listings, along with additional configuration control information such as issue identification and a record of updates. A particularly useful function is the ability to produce a complete system of PDF files corresponding to the procedure directory structure, including hyperlinks enabling quick navigation between PDFs. Publisher automates the generation of issue references within the configuration control section of each publishing procedure. Publisher also provides an overview of the library using a tree diagram. This is an invaluable feature for navigating and designing a large procedure library.
The physical documents are known as "FOP Books" or just "Books" (FOP = Flight Operations Procedure).
