We are always looking for qualified engineering staff, and whilst previous experience within the Aerospace industry is attractive it is not always a requirement in order to get a position with us. Even if we aren't currently listing an opportunity which covers your skill set, do still get in touch as we will often create positions for qualified people.
Our workforce is multinational and therefore our working language tends to be English, but with the mix of nationalities working for RHEA—covering most European countries as well as representation from North America and Asia—there are lots of languages in use at coffee breaks.
Our approach to our people is perhaps best summed up by the word "flexible". This company is built on the skill set of the staff, so it makes business sense for our people to be happy and we go out of our way to make sure they are. Our packages are custom designed for each individual and we will help you to get the most from your assignment, be it either in-house within RHEA or working at one of our client's sites. When it is time to change projects, staff preference is the top factor and we work hard to find the right opportunites and help out with support and training to make the new project work.
