25 Years Engineering The World With You
RHEA Group is more than a trusted partner but an active collaborator to the European Space Agency (ESA), Belspo, the European GNSS Agency, the European Commission, the European Southern Observatory, and EUMETSAT. From working on the European flagship navigation system (Galileo) and Earth Observation program (Copernicus) to the exploration of the Red Planet (ExoMars) and launching the first spacecraft landing on a comet (Rosetta). Our experts are building the future of the industry by driving the most groundbreaking missions.
Our company is the sole creator of MOIS, the software automating the different complex processes involved in space missions, reducing the operations’ preparation time while increasing the quality of testing and safety of missions. MOIS is used as a standard by ESA and has advanced more than 100 missions.
We are writing a new chapter on the space security industry by leading the first Cyber-Range for space systems and operations for ESA – a program to secure the space infrastructure. Moreover, our security and crisis management division works with NATO in the development of CIICS, a transatlantic security program for collaboration in cyber defence. Our expertise relies on physical security, cybersecurity, and critical infrastructure protection. We collaborate with ESA, ACEA SpA, the Government of Canada, the City of Montreal, the Supreme Court of Canada, and the Government of Canada.
Optimizing the production of complex engineering products is one of our major areas of expertise. We have a team of engineers working in concurrent design – the methodology that streamlines complex engineering processes and reduces time and lifecycle costs. The company is the creator of the open source Concurrent Design Platform (CDP) ®, the software that facilitates the implementation of the methodology. Our team of specialized engineers are pioneers in the implementation of the methodology and closely collaborate with the ESA Concurrent Design Facility.
RHEA Group, with more than 400 engineers and scientists worldwide, operates in 10 countries. The company has headquarters in Wavre, Belgium and offices in Canada and across Europe.
