We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide overall financial guidance to RHEA Group operations in Europe, and as such will work closely with the Business Unit Managers.

The key person will execute the overall financial strategy and will drive consistency in these areas throughout the Business Units.

The position will support the Business Management, namely, in achieving targets related to growth, profitability and cash-flow.

Tasks and Activities

The scope of work will include:

  • Working closely with the Business Units on the following aspects:
    • Manages the monthly closing process and associated reporting exercises. This includes providing financial analysis around growth, margins, cash-flow and the financial management of the various Risks & Opportunities.
    • Drives the quarterly Forecast process
    • Prepares the annual budgets.
    • Contributes to process improvements by promoting consistency, drives governance, streamlines processes and develops insightful operational analytical tools driving business analytics and intelligence.
    • Conducting reviews and development of financial statements. Drives analysis in spending and costs control as well as identifying and driving improvement programs.
  • Managing and analyzing monthly bookings, backlogs, SG&A and CAPEX
  • Analyzing projects profitability, productivity, inflation and other drivers to support the Leadership decision making process.
  • Driving Cash Flow improvements in collaborating with the interested stakeholders.
  • Promoting compliance with Company Policies and Procedures as well as supports all regulatory /Local legal requirements including Audits.

Skills and Experience

The following skills and experience are mandatory:

  • Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, with 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in multinational high-tech services industry, Revenue Recognition, cost accounting, financial planning/analysis.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business concepts and strong analytical skills, planning/budgeting/modeling tools as well as standard cost policy.
  • Technology savvy: strong expertise with ERP (preferably Unit4) , strong proficiency with MS Office in particular Excel, Business Intelligence / Reporting tools (PowerBI).
  • A firm understanding of financial statements. Strong Business analysis expertise
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively communicate in English with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to collaborate across the organization and positively influence business outcomes, ability to partner with leadership to drive the translation of strategic goals into actionable/measurable business plans.
  • Willingness and ability to work at both operational and strategic level.
  • Fluency in English and French. Other European language will be an asset.
