The RHEA Group Recruitment Team is team located in various locations across Europe and Canada working simultaneously to achieve the targets set and contribute to the growth of the company. The Recruitment Team is responsible for the overall recruitment of RHEA Group, which covers over 300 vacancies per year across 11 different countries. As a Technical Recruiter you will be responsible and accountable to deliver for open positions mainly in Canada and supporting activities in the UK. We are looking for self-driven, commercially minded, experienced Recruiter who will be able to contribute positively to the growth of the company.

You will report to the Head of Recruitment and will work in close collaboration with members of the recruitment team. You are expected to collaborate with the business leaders in the various countries understanding their talent needs and delivery requirements. Building relationships at all levels of the organisation is key in this position to growing and leveraging the network of our employees.

You will be based in Canada at either of our offices (Montréal or Gatineau).

Tasks and Activities

The scope of work will include:

  • Taking the lead in all recruitment activities for RHEA in Canada, responsible for the entire recruitment process for A-Z, which includes sourcing, interviewing and selection.
  • Follow the candidate throughout the entire recruitment process until the onboarding phase.
  • Contributes to the teams’ sourcing strategies in function of the job positions by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
  • Contributes to the development of an active pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, complex internet searches, etc. to allow a quick and efficient response.
  • Maintaining a database/hotlist of candidates mainly in the cyber and physical security sector that are readily available for new opportunities in Canada.
  • Taking lead for bid processes from a recruitment perspective the moment the opportunity is identified as a most probable bid.
  • Coordinate the proposal, identifying the right team, and delivering the RFP and/or bid response, both on commercial and institutional.
  • Supporting the recruiters in the UK and Continental Europe.

Skills and Experience

The following skills and experience are mandatory:

  • University degree (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an international environment.
  • Working experience in a recruitment agency or executive search firms in a commercial, client facing-role in Canada.
  • Working experience in the security (cyber or physical) domain.
  • Pre-existing network of security professionals in Canada.
  • Experience with responding to Canadian governmental, institutional or large private RFP bid responses.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong business acumen.
  • Expert sourcer and experienced in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and familiar working with Recruitment Software/CRM.
  • Great skills and a strong track record in closing candidates especially in the security sector
  • Driven, high energy individual.
  • Extrovert, with a passion for people.
  • Natural ease with people, ability to engage different cultures and characters. Natural curiosity.
  • High level of initiative, persistent, results oriented, with a strong drive for success.
  • Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
