In anticipation of Bill C-65 receiving Royal assent, RHEA Group has created an offering to prevent Harassment in the workplace so that Federal Departments can offer such training as either part of the disciplinary process or in a proactive measure to provide their employees the tolls necessary to prevent such behavior.

The training is tailored to needs of the Federal Government employees and covers everyone’s responsibilities in providing and be provided a harassment free workplace environment.
